This project is located in Minhang District, Shanghai. The main objective of the project is to build a Techno park.

Sharing spaces will be distributed within buildings, bringing together daily users and people passing the public spaces to meet each other. The main shared spaces will be on 1st and 2nd floors. Double height spaces will be addressed for auditoriums, waiting areas, spaces for fitness, offices (co-working, meeting rooms, lecture rooms), nurseries, cafe, restaurants.

Garden style offices and workshops spaces are desirable, to be elegant, simple and comfortable. They will be surrounded by green belts, roof gardens, green walls, and bringing in the natural light.

The layout of the workspaces will increase density, occupancy rates and will efficiently utilize the space. The layout will be also flexible enough in order to attract a variety of tenants.
